Rare for me to overreview but I broke my Top Chef Virginity with Melissa today and in true italian style she can cook. Despite the limited kitchen in Flamatt she cooked one of the best Risotto I have ever had, The 3 hours passed in aNano second but I am a top chef convert and willing now to try with others in the Velvet Community….Thanks Melissa a really awesom experience.
