Almost all escorts state their age in their advertisements. However, you'll notice that the ages listed are almost all between twenty and thirty. Are all escorts really that age? Of course not! While some escorts are transparent about their age, most prefer to lie, convinced that men are only attracted to women of a certain age range. This is yet another of those troubling stereotypes surrounding the sex industry. When escorts lie about their age, it's rarely by adding more years, but almost always by subtracting. Not by two or three years, but often by 10 to 15 years, claiming they're younger than they are. After all, do you think you're the first woman he's spent time with, seen naked, or had sex with? I keep saying it: men are very visual, very observant, and once they've spent a few minutes in your company, they generally know when you're lying about your age. In reality, what I observe in this industry is that the perception of age (whether physical or mental) is far more important than age itself. If you do look younger than your age, stating your true age and using the power of a compelling description to highlight this advantage will attract more clients than you might think; especially in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, as Swiss clients particularly appreciate the level of transparency escorts demonstrate (and this greatly influences their decision to meet you or not).

Dear independent escorts, don't lie about your age because you think it will bring you more business. Whether you look a little younger or a little older, don't be ashamed of your age! Your success as an escort will depend far more on your appearance and how you present yourself than on your age. While your age should align with the image you wish to project, if you present yourself honestly to clients, your age will blend seamlessly into your image!
