The Quickie: When men are looking for quick sex...

 

Men who regularly meet escort girls know what a quickie is all about. If you ask them, they probably won't be able to explain it very well, but they know what it is. Some of them are fans of quickies and only look for escorts who offer this type of service. For others, it's a deterrent to meeting a sex worker, and they will generally refrain from seeing girls who offer quickie services. In this article, I explain in detail what a quickie is, why it is popular with some escort clients, why some sex workers offer it, and which girls in the industry stay away from quickies.

 

What does the term “quickie” mean?

In English—because the jargon used in the sex industry is largely composed of words that originate from Shakespeare's language—a quickie refers to an act that is performed or accomplished very quickly. When applied to the sex industry, a quickie refers to a brief sexual encounter. By brief act, we mean both the speed with which the client becomes aroused and ejaculates, and the very short time he spends with the person who brings him to orgasm in record time. So, a quickie is a sexual act that is both short in time (it does not last long, only a few minutes) and in endurance (the man ejaculates very quickly, within a few minutes). The focus is on the sexual act and its immediate gratification. 

 

How long does a quickie last?

As I explained in the previous chapter, what characterizes a quickie is its very short duration. In the sex industry, a quickie is considered as such when it lasts between 10 and 20 minutes. A client who books a session with a girl offering a quickie will spend between 10 and 20 minutes maximum in her room (shower included), with the average being 15 minutes. It can happen that a quickie service lasts less than 10 minutes and that after 6 minutes, for example, the client has already ejaculated and wants to leave. Who are the consumers of quickies?

Why do some men prefer quickies?

When it comes to paying for sex in Switzerland, opting for a quickie can be a significant financial argument for regular sexual pleasure at a price that is accessible to all. However, the appeal of a quickie for some men is not based solely on financial reasons.

Some men enjoy urgent and intense excitement and therefore prefer quick sexual encounters, which are often spontaneous and impulsive. The lack of planning can give them a sense of rawness, passion, and excitement, as if they were breaking a rule. This sense of urgency can increase arousal and make the experience more intense. For some, quick sex is even the basis of their fantasies.

From a purely biological point of view, male sexual arousal can intensify quickly. A surge of testosterone and dopamine can make the idea of delaying ejaculation less appealing at certain times and push men toward a quickie, i.e., immediate gratification.

Another reason may be that a quickie can be a fast and effective way to relieve stress. In times of high pressure, the rapid release of endorphins and oxytocin can boost mood and reduce tension without requiring prolonged intercourse.

The argument I've heard most often from quickie enthusiasts may surprise you. Many of them have told me that sometimes opting for a quickie isn't a matter of preference, but of opportunity. Limited time—such as a short break, secrecy, or the risk of being caught—can make quick sex the most practical option. For some, this notion of “we only have a few minutes” is part of the excitement.

Furthermore, when these men are in a long-term relationship, quick sex (with their wife or with an escort) can be a way to break the routine and inject some playful spontaneity without requiring a full, prolonged love session.

Premature ejaculators often experience performance anxiety, i.e., the fear of losing control too quickly. As for independent escorts, few offer such a service as they are generally in a higher segment of the various categories of sex workers. Indeed, as it does not have a good connotation or image (degrading because it is associated with “fast consumption,” which is radically opposed to the notion of “experience” that escorts and courtesans want to convey), the quickie is prohibited by any self-respecting independent escort. Note that in Switzerland, the minimum service of an independent escort starts at 30 minutes for a rate ranging between 150 and 200 CHF (however, some will only grant you time starting at 45 minutes or an hour). 

 

Where can you get a quickie in Switzerland?

As mentioned earlier, erotic studios are the easiest places in Switzerland to get a quickie, as almost all of these establishments offer it.  Avoid the streets... at least in a brothel, you can expect a minimum level of hygiene from the girls who work there, as well as from the environment that welcomes you. However, don't expect luxury service. You won't get more than what you paid for...

As for the few independent escorts who offer quickies as part of their service, they often do so because it's quick money and requires very little effort on their part. On the other hand, they are often contacted by low-end clients, as high-end clients are generally very suspicious of girls who offer low rates.  

 

Who are these men who never choose a quickie?

Although the quickie is popular with a certain type of man, most prefer to take their time when it comes to sex. That's precisely why they would never book a quickie with an independent escort. These men are looking for more than just sex; they also seek eye contact, touch, and communication, which foster a stronger emotional connection. They are also the preferred clients of most independent escorts. For men who value closeness and connection, taking their time helps them feel more in tune with their partner.

Instead of rushing toward orgasm, they prioritize prolonged arousal and savor every sensation. This build-up can make the orgasm more powerful when it finally arrives. They enjoy deciphering their partner's reactions, adjusting their movements, and exploring what works best for them. This is especially true if the goal is mutual satisfaction rather than speed. A slower pace allows for exploring different positions, kisses, caresses, and erogenous zones. This can make the experience more varied and sensual, rather than a simple and urgent ejaculation.
