Over 60 ? Make sure sex is still part of your routine!

Who said older people prefer amiable companionship over a passionate love story?

According to a recent survey made by The Charity Independent Age, of 2,002 Britons over 65, 52% feel they do not have enough sex and almost a third is happy to have sex on a first date.
The study also shows that one in 10 of the over 75 have had multiple sexual partners since turning 65 and that just one in six people aged 80 and over said they had enough sex.

Having a positive attitude towards your future, a nurturing family, personal relationships, a clear vision of the kind of life you want, an active social network, a balance approach to leisure while maintaining “financial comfort” are important key factors to a successful retirement.

What about a healthy approach to mental and physical aging? Keeping your brain active and sports on a regular basis are very important… as important as having a sex life.

Are you currently in a relationship? Then make sure to exercise and look after yourself in order to remain attractive for your partner.

Did you know that about one in six persons aged over 65 usually stop having sex because of lack of opportunities?

Well, there is no longer a stigma attached to online dating and these days there is a wealth of specialized sites aimed solely at the 50+ and 60+ age groups; try one of them!
